Consultant Psychiatrist - Bexley ICMP role at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust
We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to join a dynamic team. The post holder will be the Consultant Psychiatrist to the Bexley Intensive Case Management for Psychosis Team (ICMP) with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. The Bexley ICMP Team was formed as part of the reconfiguration of Community Mental Health Services to ensure efficient delivery of high quality care. Intensive Case Management for Psychosis (ICMP) provides care and treatment for service users diagnosed with schizophrenia or bipolar affective disorder. The service aims to be flexible, accessible and available outside of standard working hours, with pathways of care offering individuals choice and involvement in their treatment planning and care.
The Trust serves a richly diverse population. Locality teams work with service users and carers in their community to ensure care and support are sensitive and appropriate to needs. Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS services to people living in South-East London and to people in prison across England, including community health care and mental health services.
Oxleas is recognised as a Top 10 Best Places to Work 2023 by the Sunday Times. Our staff survey results show strong staff experience.
