Key Responsibilities
* Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with colleagues, foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, participate in team discussions, and share knowledge to train both new and existing team members.
* Operational Excellence: Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensure compliance with company policies, process transactions efficiently, keep the sales floor clean and well-stocked, stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing, and help set up in-store promotions and displays.
* Customer Engagement: Build strong connections with customers, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, address inquiries promptly, and represent the Mountain Warehouse brand professionally.
* Sales & Performance: Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and support management in identifying growth opportunities.
