Job Description:
The Revenue Operations Solution Center is a globally organized pre-sales deal support group of experts whose mission is to provide expertise to focus on customer’s business requirements and help win sales opportunities or accelerate cloud consumption.
Customers can architect, customize, and test their solutions with Oracle Cloud, Cloud@Customer, On-Premises systems, and Hybrid and Multi-Cloud scenarios in a secure, scalable, and interoperable environment.
This role involves highly technical, hands-on customer-facing activities such as:
* Demonstrating Oracle's core technology and solutions
* Engaging with customers through technical presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts
As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will support pre-sales activities, mentor less experienced colleagues, and develop solutions for complex sales opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering demonstrations, leading technical sales processes, and advising clients on architecture solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and delivering customer demonstrations and workshops
* Leading Proof of Concepts and performance tests
* Articulating Oracle's technology credibility at all levels
* Understanding the competitive landscape and identifying up-sell opportunities
* Collaborating with internal teams and mastering new technologies
Experience & Expertise Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of Oracle Database & Options experience, including RAC, Partitioning, Data Guard, Multi-tenant, Security, Clusterware, and Performance Tuning
* Hands-on experience with Exadata Database Machine in various deployment scenarios
* At least 2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud offerings, including IaaS & PaaS
* Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is advantageous
* Ability to travel and build strong stakeholder relationships
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days/week in the office.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Language Requirements:
Fluent English mandatory for UK; local language and English for other locations.
