Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team and ensuring our guests receive a memorable dining experience. Working Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week across 5 days Shifts may vary to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and event days Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations across the bar, restaurant, and event spaces Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver high standards of service Welcome and engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner Assist with staff training and development to uphold service quality Ensure hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations are maintained Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues effectively Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service Experience & Skills: Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality or F&B Strong leadership and communication skills A hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including events and functions Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Pay: From £12.60 per hour Expected Hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: Discounted or free food Employee discount On-site parking Work Location: Novotel Wolverhampton Job Type: Full-time
