As our Managing Director continues to drive expansion, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware Executive Assistant to act as his right hand. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure to complexity, and ensures the MDs time, focus, and priorities are protected. You will be the central point of coordination across the business enabling the MD to operate at peak performance. This is not a traditional admin role. It is a strategic partnership. This role is central to strengthening our brand presence, enhancing customer experience, and driving sustainable business growth across the NI and ROI markets. This role requires high energy, initiative, and strong digital expertise, contributing to both strategic planning and hands-on execution across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Content Creation Manage and optimise the Companys social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X. Develop engaging, high-quality content to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate customer enquiries. Produce in-house photo and video content, including editing and post-production. Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and influencer engagement to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive. Support website updates and SEO initiatives to improve visibility, user experience, and conversion rates. Track, analyse, and report on social media and digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to management. Customer Experience & CRM Maintain and optimise the HubSpot CRM system to support targeted marketing and customer engagement strategies. Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in developing customer loyalty initiatives, promotional campaigns, and engagement strategies. Contribute to the planning and delivery of competitions and customer-focused marketing campaigns. Business Development Support Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. Support the development of innovative sales incentives, financing options, and expansion initiatives. Identify, analyse, and help implement new sales opportunities across the NI and ROI marketplaces. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development Support Management in developing and delivering the Companys overall marketing strategy. Oversee the promotion and positioning of the Companys products and services across relevant channels. Translate strategic objectives into practical, measurable, and successful marketing campaigns and product rollouts. Contribute to public relations activities, representing and promoting the Company in a proactive and positive manner. What you will need: Essential Criteria: Experience 2yearsDigital Marketing Experience. 2 years Marketing:Experience. Experience of using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including Canva, SEO, SEM, social media and email campaigns. Qualifications/Education Have or currently working towards a degree in marketing, business, digital media, communications, or related field. Competencies/skills Strong IT literate skills. Enthusiastic and willing to learn. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent writing and proofreading skills. Good creative skills with an ability to develop ideas. Ability to build relationships. Self-motivated and ability to work well within a team. Ability to work on own initiative. Knowledge Knowledge of variousplatforms, specifically: Website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter and engaging your audience. Commercial awareness. Additional Requirements Right to work in the UK. Driving Licence. Desirable Criteria: Experience Experience of developing creative or marketing content. Experience of creating digital content such as websites, blogs and ezines. Experience of using Photoshop or other image editing software. Knowledge A good understanding of SEO principles. Working knowledge of marketing software including AI. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 37.5hours per week. This role will be Hybrid, with 3 days per week required in the office. Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.
