Location: Blantyre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, including breakdowns, service requests, quotations, and contract queries.
* Prepare and issue quotations for repairs, spare parts, and system upgrades.
* Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and compliance documentation.
* Process and issue quotations for repairs, parts, or upgrades.
* Raise purchase orders and process supplier/customer invoices.
* Manage and monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely responses.
* Provide administrative support to the Planning Team, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills with a solutions-focused mindset
* Confident using service management systems (e.g., JobLogic, simPRO)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools
* Team player with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
