The Role
We’re recruiting for a Head of Digital Compliance here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Strategy & Operations Team.
The Digital Compliance Team is a new team, encompassing the existing Digital Assurance Team while also expanding to cover business continuity and audit, and is an opportunity to shape and influence how Justice Digital operates as a function.

Key Responsibilities
The Head of Digital Compliance will lead on spend assurance activities across Justice Digital; own the MoJ’s operational relationship with the Central Digital & Data Office (CDDO), ensuring all spend decisions are compliant with CDDO and wider government standards; play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity and resilience of Justice Digital; and build, lead and oversee an effective audit function.
This is a varied role that requires a deep understanding of, and interest in, methods of improving levels of compliance in a way that supports users. It has a wide remit that requires first class management and co-ordination, quick thinking, and the ability to facilitate and persuade. You will need to juggle many priorities and be able to turn your hand to a wide range of matters; you will be equally comfortable being “hands on” and delivering as you are leading.
