Key Responsibilities
14. Prepare, prime, and spray vehicles using approved paint methods and materials
15. Carry out high-quality paint repairs in a fast-paced accident repair / bodyshop environment
16. Ensure accurate colour matching and a flawless final finish
17. Follow manufacturer specifications and internal quality standards
18. Maintain a clean, safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations
19. Work collaboratively with panel beaters, MET Technicians, and the wider workshop team
Requirements
20. Proven experience as a Paint Technician, Vehicle Paint Sprayer, or Automotive Painter
21. Background in a bodyshop, accident repair centre, or automotive repair environment
22. Strong knowledge of modern paint systems, spraying techniques, and colour matching
23. ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential)
24. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
25. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
