The Role:

As Brand Manager, you’ll have a high level of exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to make an impact!

This is a unique opportunity to support brands through significant restage while being involved in the full marketing mix. Key responsibilities include:

1. Lead the development of the 1-3 Year Vision & Strategy brand plan with the execution of key brand activities identified in the brand planning process.
2. Responsible for NPD launches from “ideation” through to project launch.
3. Lead cross-functional project teams to manage projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
4. Maintain day-to-day contact with project teams, with regular monthly tracking against budget and in-year targets.
5. Ownership of brand consumer spend management, ensuring timely reporting, tracking, and supplier payments.
6. Lead the tracking and reporting of brand performance, including financial, customer, and market metrics, and support action planning based on findings.
7. Manage business variances (e.g., packaging stocks, write-offs) through close collaboration with Operations.
8. This role offers broad exposure across marketing disciplines within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.


What We’re Looking For:

We seek an ambitious, commercially savvy individual with:

1. FMCG Marketing Experience: 12-24 months experience at ABM/BM level, ideally within a large food company in FMCG, with experience in NPD and communications.
2. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how to support brand growth through innovative and strategic initiatives.
3. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, results-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.
