Your Duties As New Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Will Include Identify untapped markets for the company’s key Refrigeration Design, Installation, and Maintenance Services. Broaden the current scope of the company’s niche markets to uncover new opportunities and clients. Formulate and implement effective strategies to enhance sales. Develop a robust business development strategy aligned with the capabilities and ambitions of the business. Foster strong professional relationships with new existing clients and extend the market presence in these areas. Execute the strategy through extensive business development activities, including presentations, visits, demonstrations, cold and warm calling, and leveraging social media effectively. Respond promptly to information requests, generate sales quotes, and provide other internal sales support. Assist in the pricing negotiation process and communicate anticipated delivery times with clients. Offering feedback throughout the technical, design, and manufacturing stages.
