Here at EMIS we have an opportunity for a customer driven with excellent organisational skills to join us as a Project Support Coordinator on a permanent basis.

What you’ll do
This is a varied role where you will support the delivery of projects including providing documentation, speaking with customers and organising deployment activity including project administration.
You will be working with a team that works across our product portfolio set and it is a fantastic opportunity for you not to only learn about delivery of technology products, but also excellent project management principles.
Like any Project Management roles, stakeholder engagement is key, and it is no different here. You will work closely with colleagues in the business to ensure that delivery of work aligns to customer needs and project milestones.
Other key responsibilities and accountabilities will include;
* Drive and support our delivers policy by ensuring Customer readiness through proactive processes and excellent Customer engagement to ensure projects are delivered without delay from order being received.
* Ensure standard project process and documentation are up to date on the Document Management system and used consistently across all projects.
* Ensure Customer pre-requisites are well documented and communicated to Customers proactively.
* Support project governance in relation to change management, financial processes and lessons learnt actions.
Who you’ll be
You will previous experience working on multiple projects or duties simultaneously. As a Project Support Coordinator, you will have had experience working in project support or administration where delivering customer excellence is key.
Working with multiple stakeholders and customers, you must be proven in your ability to build great relationships and collaborate with the wider project team.
You will be working closely with our Project Manager’s so this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management knowledge whilst working in a fast paced environment.
Other skills and experience we are looking for you to demonstrate include;
* Understanding or previous experience working in a project framework.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to operate with own initiative, as well as work as part of a team.
* Self-motivated and happy working in a remote environment.
