Teaching Personnel is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Reprographics Technician to support a busy secondary school in the Northampton area. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience working within an education or administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality printing, copying, and binding services for staff.
* Manage and prioritise reprographics requests to meet deadlines.
* Maintain reprographics equipment, troubleshoot issues, and arrange repairs when needed.
* Monitor and replenish printing supplies, paper, and toner stock.
* Support administrative and office tasks when required.
* Ensure all printed materials are produced to a high standard and in line with school policies.
Requirements
* Previous reprographics or school-based administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Strong IT skills, including confidence using printers, copiers, and finishing machines.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
