We are looking for a New Channels Manager to lead the charge in identifying, testing, and scaling non-traditional growth levers across our global footprint, including GoHenry, Acorns, and Acorns Early. You will be the architect of our expansion into emerging digital communities and offline spaces, ensuring we reach families wherever they are. What you will do at GoHenry: Strategy & Execution: Identify and launch experimental campaigns across emerging platforms such as Programmatic display, Reddit, Discord, and Roblox to reach our target demographics. Offline Innovation: Scout and execute high-impact offline media placements to diversify our acquisition mix beyond digital-only channels. Measurement & Analytics: Design and manage robust incrementality tests to prove the true value of new channels beyond standard attribution models. Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work across the GoHenry and Acorns ecosystems to establish unified growth levers that benefit our global customer base. Agile Testing: Rapidly iterate on creative and messaging, moving from "proof of concept" to "scaled channel" with speed and precision. Reporting: Establish clear KPIs for new channels, providing stakeholders with deep insights into customer behavior and acquisition costs. What you will bring to GoHenry: Growth Mindset: A proven track record of "hustle"—you are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and execute quickly. Analytical Rigor: Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution and experience running scientific incrementality and lift studies. Platform Fluency: Direct experience managing paid in digital platforms such as The Trade Desk, Reddit, Discord or other new channel platforms. Global Perspective: The ability to think globally while executing locally across UK, US, and European markets.
