We are recruiting an SME Account Handler. This role requires someone with early insurance experience who can confidently handle SME client enquiries, renewals, MTAs and day-to-day servicing. The focus is on servicing SME clients, managing their policies, and supporting the wider broking team with accurate, efficient handling. Experience Required 6–12 months’ insurance experience in either: Personal Lines (with transferable service skills), or SME / micro-commercial handling / high volume Able to manage renewals, MTAs, queries and general servicing Comfortable handling clients and speaking with insurers Strong administrative accuracy and communication skills Key Attributes Strong customer service mindset High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple SME policies Clear, confident communication Solid organisational skills
