The positionAs a Learning & Development Graduate, you will be part of RES’ global graduate programme—designed to build future-ready capability aligned to business demand. This is not a support role, but a structured development experience where you will contribute to real work while building expertise across learning, talent, and organisational capability.You will gain skills across key areas of Learning & Development, gaining exposure to programme design, delivery, and data-driven impact—while developing the commercial awareness, stakeholder capability, and leadership behaviours required for long-term success at RES.This role directly contributes to building a strong internal talent pipeline to support business growth and future workforce needs.This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.Key responsibilitiesBuild core understanding of RES, L&D operations, and systems:
1. Work in the learning management system (LMS) including content management and assignments
2. Ensure onboarding and compliance training routes to the correct employees globally
3. Track programme participation and completion (., onboarding, compliance training)
4. Analyse feedback and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities
5. Support reporting for stakeholders and leadership
6. Assist with scheduling, communications, and logistics across global audiences
7. Work with People & Culture teams, business leaders, and external vendors
Content and learning design:
8. Support development of learning materials (presentations, guides, eLearning, videos) utilising suite of digital authoring tools
9. Contribute to updating and improving existing programmes
10. Assist in embedding RES values and leadership expectations into learning experiences
11. Support alignment between learning initiatives and business priorities
12. Build strong working relationships across regions
Programme delivery and coordination:
13. Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programmes (virtual and in-person)
14. Ensure strong participant experience across all programmes
15. Gather and apply feedback to improve programmes and processes
16. Contribute ideas to enhance learner experience and programme effectiveness
Take ownership of a defined project aligned to a business priority.Knowledge and skills
17. Interest in learning, talent, or organisational development
18. Strong organisational and project coordination skills
19. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
20. Strong communication and collaboration skills
21. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Qualifications
22. Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or Education degree.Minimum (2:1) classification
