About Gekatex Group
Gekatex Group has over 40 years of experience in developing and manufacturing consumables for surface preparation and protection – from the grinding and polishing process, all the way to cleanroom cleanliness and robot covers.
We have a global presence with ISO 9001 certified factories in France, India and China. We also have delivery centres in Mexico and North America.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to support our UK operations and contribute to expanding our presence across the region.
As Junior Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the commercial development of our technical wiping, grinding/sanding/polishing and masking solutions in the UK. This is a hands-on commercial role with exposure to sales strategy, key account development, and project coordination.
You will:
* Work alongside the UK team and assist in managing and developing key customer accounts across the UK.
* Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
* Support the senior sales team in preparing proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations.
* Participate in customer visits and product trials.
* Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
* Collaborate with internal teams (production, R&D, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in business, engineering, materials science, or a related field is preferred.
* Some experience in sales, customer service, or technical support is a plus – internships welcome.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about technical products and industrial applications.
* Ability to travel across the UK for client meetings and training (a valid UK driving licence is desirable).
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
