An elite US law firm with a well‑established London office is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join its lean and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high‑profile international deals while working closely with senior partners and colleagues across the US.
The Opportunity:
1. Work alongside leading corporate partners on complex cross‑border transactions.
2. Significant collaboration with US offices and global clients.
3. Middle Eastern experience is highly valued, as one of the firm's key clients is based in the region.
4. Join a friendly, supportive team culture, with regular socials encouraged by the Managing Partner.
5. Small London office, offering a close‑knit environment with global reach.
6. Flexible working arrangements (minimum 3 days in office).
Candidate Profile:
7. Ideally 2-4 PQE, with strong corporate experience and ability to hit the ground running.
8. Confident in managing transactions, drafting, and client interaction.
9. Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in targeted business development.
