Digital Designer, Commercial Design at Global.
Your Role
Design bespoke digital experiences for high‑impact campaigns across Global’s portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and produce premium single‑page applications (SPA’s) in collaboration with Studio Manager, designers and developers.
* Own the creation and rollout of campaign SPA’s, managing feedback, timelines and quality control.
* Contribute to our library of reusable layouts, components and interactive elements.

* Designed and launched several commercial experiences with high visual polish.
* Demonstrated confident brand guardianship across Global and partner brands.
* Built strong relationships with developers, studio managers and stakeholders.
* Communicated effectively, managing feedback loops and project timelines smoothly.
What You Need
* Stakeholder management – comfortable working with internal teams and commercial stakeholders.
* Design expertise – proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, strong layout, typography and visual storytelling skills.
* UI/UX sensitivity – understanding of user journey flows, readability and accessibility.
* Technical awareness – working understanding of modern websites to collaborate with developers.
* Creative curiosity – web animation, web 3D, illustration skills a bonus.
* Communication & initiative – builds positive working relationships, listens thoughtfully and works with others to find practical solutions.
Additional Details
* Full‑time role.
* Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in office (including 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per month).
* No travel required; fixed office at Leicester Square.
* Experience with commercial agencies or campaign marketing is a strong advantage.
* Reports to Richard Le Peurian Cross.
