The Role
As our Registered Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our domiciliary and supported living services. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, managing and motivating staff, and driving continuous improvement in the quality of care we deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership to care and support teams across domiciliary and supported living services.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding responsibilities, and company policies.
* Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and professional development of staff.
* Manage budgets and maintain services within agreed financial parameters.
* Build strong relationships with service users, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Develop and implement service improvement plans to achieve outstanding outcomes.
About You
We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Essential requirements:
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
* Experience managing domiciliary care and/or supported living services.
* Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and drive service improvements.
Desirable:
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
* Previous success in achieving positive CQC inspection outcomes.
