Ticketing and Media Manager - Menier Chocolate Factory
We are looking for an experienced ticketing professional to join our small team in an exciting theatre production office. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the ticketing & media department, including sales, website management, CRM and memberships. This role also is in charge of social media and provides support to marketing and general management and will liaise with the Artistic Director, General Manager, FOH staff and Catering Manager. The ability to work as part of a team, be flexible and handle multiple tasks are essential. Excellent customer service skills and ticketing system knowledge (ideally NLiven) are a must.
2. Knowledge of basic website management
3. Experience dealing with 3 rd party ticket agents
4. Social media savvy
6. Excellent reporting and communication skills
7. Ability to deal with challenging customer service situations
8. Experience in managing group bookings, house seats and productions seats
Optimal Skills
1. Experience in building seating plans, price charts and events
2. Photoshop / Canva knowledge and experience

Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, with some additional evening and weekends
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience £30 - 35K
