Job Title: TIG Welder (Stainless Steel & Aluminium)
Location: Redditch
Salary: £14-£15
WORKING HOURS:
Shift One:
Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Shift Two:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
An immediate opportunity has arisen for a TIG Welder experienced in stainless steel and aluminium to join a long-standing UK manufacturing business. The role offers long-term career prospects in a stable and supportive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welding components to precise engineering drawings
Following production schedules and work-to lists
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Adhering to internal quality assurance processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminium
Welding to BS EN ISO 9606-1 & 9606-2 standards is advantageous
MIG welding experience is beneficial
Ability to read engineering drawings (training can be provided)
Good attention to detail, conscientious, and a strong team player
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a supervised on-site weld test as part of the interview process.
