Job Description
The Brand Manager is responsible for delivering brand plans within a category group that includes both Valeo-owned and retailer-owned brands. They lead and steward initiatives within these brand plans.
The Brand Manager excels in planning and executing initiatives, contributing to shaping the overall plans.
1. Achieve or surpass budget targets for the category group.
2. Ensure strong stewardship of initiatives within the brand plans.
3. Provide comprehensive monthly reporting on initiatives, meeting board-level standards.
4. Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent 'Valeo Brand Building Framework.'
5. Participate actively in the annual strategy review.
6. Lead quarterly updates on initiatives effectively.
7. Ensure marketing budget compliance and optimization across core marketing, ASOH, and shopper marketing.
8. Collaborate effectively across functions.
9. Represent the brand externally, especially with retailers.
10. Oversee and inspire the 'Consumer is Boss' plan through regular consumer engagement.
