What does this team do?In Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) we focus on enabling our clients to be the best that they can be. For example, using tech to support the drive to net zero and incorporate inclusive ways of working.What skills and academic qualifications do I need?You must be in the penultimate year of your course, or going on to a masterand you need to be on track to achieve a predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in any discipline and you must be graduating by September 2027Duration of the programme: 6-weeks.What kind of work will I do?As a Summer Vacation Scheme intern in Enterprise Technology & Performance, you will work on large-scale technology transformations, working across the full lifecycle from the design through to implementation. As part of your role, you will be:Working with individuals from our clientsbusiness and IT teams to understand what our clientsproblems and needs are, transforming those into technical requirementsSupporting the design and implementation solutions across finance, supply chain and technology platformsCreating documentation crucial to the delivery and execution of the programme, alongside materials presented back to clientsLearning how to engage with clients to solve their most complex problems and the approaches Deloitte takes to understand their needsDiscovering how technologies underpin everything an organisation does, and which technologies work best for each part of a businessThroughout your time at Deloitte, you will be working with teams across our ET&P and wider Consulting practice, understanding how we bring our range of technical expertise and combine them in the way that best serves our clientsYou will have opportunities to work with experts and teams across numerous fields, getting insight into how we work with the worldlargest and most important organisations.Where will I work?At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If youclient-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events.
