Job Description
* Manage all purchasing transactions.
* Maintain accurate financial records.
* Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers.
* Collaborate with the team to complete duties as needed.
* Maintain and update supplier information as necessary.
* Reconcile purchase orders with invoices.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
* Support with other finance projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
* A degree in accounting, finance or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
* Knowledge of accounting software.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
