Job Requisition ID 26WD96423 Position Overview As a Senior Sales Specialist you have a deep understanding of the Construction Industry and you will bring your expertise to guide customers on their way to digitalization and to represent one of the most innovative companies in digital transformation, Autodesk. You have extensive expertise in engaging with global and multinational enterprise customers. Role Summary This is a customer-facing specialist sales role focused on driving adoption, expansion, and commercial success of emerging and innovative technologies within the UK market. You will independently identify, progresses, and close opportunities while working closely with Account and Customer success colleagues. We support hybrid or remote working, and you will report to the Director, Construction Sales. Key Responsibilities You can translate complex innovation into clear, customer-focused solution stories. You will influence and inspire customers on cloud and digital transformation. You will align with sales, strategy, and marketing to shape industry direction. You position solutions with clear, differentiated value. You will build industry relationships to drive cloud adoption and growth. You identify and drive new, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. You grow pipeline and revenue through focused execution. You collaborate with account teams to expand existing customers. You contribute expertise to planning, qualification, and deal progression. You bring deep product expertise and clearly articulate business outcomes. You develop strategic sales plans and position solutions strategically. You will guide value, ROI, and negotiation discussions. You manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal health with strong commercial judgment. Minimum requirements You have experience selling technology, SaaS, or innovative solutions in a customer-facing sales role within the construction industry You have a track record of overachievement of sales targets. You have proven ability to independently identify, progress, and close complex opportunities. You are experienced in guiding value-based and ROI-driven customer conversations. You have commercial awareness and negotiation expertise. You are value and enjoy collaborating with large account teams. Preferred requirements You have experience selling emerging, innovative, or specialist technology solutions ideally in SaaS. You have exposure to expansion, upsell, and renewal-oriented sales motions. Autodesk is leading this digital revolution by making the complex simple.
