As Restaurant Supervisor you will be supervising and delivering operations smoothly and efficiently while creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

A little bit about what you will be doing:
* Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
* To take responsibility for the restaurant during the shift, allocating team members their duties and monitoring the smooth running of the outlet.
* To have additional responsibilities within the outlet outside of the shift; such as Schedules, incentives for sales, training etc.
* Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints;
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
* Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
* To attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs and to remain in the outlet at all times during service.
* Ensure LQA and Fairmont Standards are met at all times
* Other duties as assigned
