* Sitting within our marketing team, you’ll be working in our creative hub alongside our copywriters and you’ll take ownership of our brand guidelines
* The salary on offer for this role is £50,000
What you’ll do
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our brand's visual style and ensuring its consistent application across all marketing and communications touchpoints. You’ll take ownership of the brand guidelines and be a key player in the brand approval process. Day to day, you will be creating and executing designs for various marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to creative ideation.
You’ll also work with agencies and UX designers when needed on other creative assets and projects, and manage stakeholder feedback efficiently, ensuring designs are refined to meet both creative excellence and business needs.
In Addition To This, You’ll
* Define, manage, and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure consistency and a distinctive visual identity across all platforms
* Serve as the gatekeeper for all creative materials, ensuring brand integrity and cohesion in every asset that is produced
* Provide creative direction and work closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams to develop and deliver visually compelling campaigns, product visuals, presentations, and more.
* Design a wide array of complex assets, including brand campaigns, digital marketing materials, documents and presentations, print collateral, and event engagement assets and stand designs
* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design technologies, championing new ideas and approaches that elevate the brand
The skills you’ll need
We’re looking for someone with experience as a graphic designer with a robust portfolio showcasing brand development and execution across multiple channels. Along with expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite covering Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as other relevant design tools, you’ll have a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and design for printing. Motion graphics, 3D design, or video editing experience would be beneficial.
