A global client of Lorien is currently seeking a Scrum Master to support the rollout and integration of mobile and web product across their business. In this role, you will drive SAFe Agile delivery, remove impediments, and enable high-performing teams in a complex, global environment.
Responsibilities
* Remove impediments, manage risks, and track dependencies
* Coach teams on SAFe Agile best practices and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with global teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
* Support planning, forecasting, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience as a Scrum Master and PM/Delivery Lead in a SAFe environment
* Strong risk management, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience with vendor/partner management
* Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
* Experience working with global/offshore teams
