Residential Conveyancer Nottingham City Centre £30,000 to £55,000 The Firm Are you looking for an opportunity where your legal expertise is valued and your career development is actively supported? The Position An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Residential Conveyancer to join my client’s Nottingham office. This role offers the chance to manage a wide range of residential property transactions, supporting clients through every step of the process and gaining hands-on experience in conveyancing. Key responsibilities will include: Managing residential property sales, purchases, and remortgages from start to completion Preparing, reviewing, and checking contracts, title documents, and related legal paperwork Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals throughout the transaction Conducting searches and investigations, including title checks and enquiries Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date Preparing completion statements and facilitating post-completion procedures Providing clear guidance to clients on the conveyancing process Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks to ensure smooth case progression Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements Previous experience in residential conveyancing is highly desirable.
