We’re looking for a People Technology & Insights Manager to help us get the very best out of our People systems and data across the full employee life cycle.

In this role, you’ll own and optimise our People technology roadmap, covering attraction, recruitment, learning, engagement, succession, workforce planning, reporting, automation and compliance. Your focus will be on making technology simple, effective and people‑first, ensuring our systems enable great work rather than creating complexity.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

People Systems & Technology

You’ll manage multiple projects at once, partner closely with stakeholders across the UK and JV, and play a key role in delivering our people strategy on time, on budget and with real impact.

1. Own and understand all People systems, ensuring they are easy to use and deliver a great end‑user experience
2. Ensure strong governance, structure and data integrity across all systems
3. Work with suppliers and internal teams to solve system challenges where simple solutions aren’t possible
4. Support data migration, transformation and loading into HR systems
5. Lead User Acceptance Testing and support system training
6. Embed new systems and improve processes through automation and efficiency
7. Ensure all People data is handled in line with GDPR and best practice

Driving Efficiency, Performance & AI

8. Streamline processes across the employee lifecycle to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
9. Improve data quality, governance and reporting so the business can make faster, better decisions
10. Champion the practical use of AI within the People function, such as self‑service, analytics, workforce planning, learning and communications
11. Work with IT and stakeholders to ensure AI and automation are introduced responsibly and securely
12. Track benefits and return on investment, including time saved, reduced errors and improved service levels

Project Management

13. Deliver People technology and some wider People projects end‑to‑end
14. Translate business needs into smart process and system design
15. Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies
16. Create and deliver clear communications, training and ways of working
17. Manage stakeholder expectations on scope and timelines
18. Complete post‑project reviews, including lessons learned and return on investment
19. Ensure teams are fully ready to adopt and use new systems successfully

People Insights & Data

20. Develop meaningful people data and insights to support key people objectives
21. Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and business impacts
22. Work closely with the Data team to present insights in a clear, compelling way

Stakeholder Management

23. Build trusted relationships across People, Operations, Payroll, IT and the wider business
24. Act as the connector between teams when it comes to People technology
25. Align plans with the wider business to ensure successful delivery
26. Gather feedback, support launches and provide post‑implementation support
27. Coach and upskill others in best practice where needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Skills & experience

28. Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities
29. Comfortable working independently and proactively solving problems
30. Solid understanding of generalist HR and the employee lifecycle
31. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
32. Confident presenting to groups at all levels, from Crew Member to Exec
33. High emotional intelligence with a people‑first mindset
34. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
35. Comfortable learning and working with new People technology systems
36. High integrity when handling personal and sensitive data
