Junior BI Developer – Superdrug Head Office

Location: East Croydon, UK
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Hybrid working available: 2 days working from home and 3 days in the modern office.
Salary: Competitive.
The Junior BI Developer supports the BI team by building reports, validating data, and learning core BI practices. Reporting to the Lead BI Developer, this role contributes to the organization’s ability to deliver reliable insights while developing personal technical capability.
Responsibilities
• Interacting with BI Developers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Supporting sprint objectives by completing assigned tasks in Jira.
• Delivering validated reports and data extracts that colleagues rely on.
• Documenting processes and learning new BI tools and practices.
• Participating in Agile activity and collaborating with the team.
• Managing BAU TOPdesk activity for the team.
What You’ll Need
• Some experience or exposure to BI tools and SQL.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A‑Level or above qualifications.
• Understanding how BI quality impacts AI usage and implementation.
• Knowledge of Power BI basics and SQL fundamentals.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
• Motivation for personal growth and skill development.
