Social Housing Experience Is Essential For This Role. This is an opportunity to join one of our long standing clients Passive works team on a Fixed Term basis and be part of the team created to inspected Front Entry doors on Annual basis.
Responsibilities
* Allocate work to the team and book working with residents from site.
* Arrange follow‑on works to ensure efficient service.
* Log data and notes on the computer system to ensure smooth handover and communication.
* Pass on relevant information to all stakeholders.
* Prioritise and schedule emergency jobs – requiring excellent organisational skills.
* Monitor emails and adhere to SLAs, escalating any issues to the supervisor or Passive works manager.
Candidate Profile
* Professional and experienced Work Planner with knowledge of Passive Fire systems.
* Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in social housing and emergency scheduling preferred.
