This role is UK‑wide, with monthly office visits to our Salford location for collaboration, meetings or training. What you'll be doing: Supporting end‑to‑end sourcing activity in line with public procurement regulations and NHS SBS processes. Maintaining accurate procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels. Providing high‑quality administrative support to sourcing and category teams to help deliver projects on time. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a fair, transparent and professional manner. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and outcomes. What you'll bring: Experience working in a procurement environment. A good understanding of the procurement lifecycle, with awareness of project management approaches. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. It would be great if you had: Experience working within an NHS or wider public sector procurement environment. Experience using strategic sourcing tools, such as e‑tendering platforms. Awareness of the Procurement Act 2023 and how it aligns with NHS SBS.
