The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
Responsibilities
* Provide one on one care to clients
* Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient goals
* Utilize electronic charting and participate in ongoing training and shadowing
* Engage in a structured residency program to develop nursing skills in home health
* Respond to on-call clinical needs as directed
Requirements
* Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
* CPR certification in good standing
