The Opportunity Corporate Senior Associate (6 PQE) An opportunity for an experienced Corporate Senior Associate to take a leading role in complex, high-value transactions. You will work closely with partners, lead deal teams, and play a key role in developing client relationships and growing the corporate offering. Key Responsibilities Advising on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents (SPAs, investment agreements, shareholder agreements) Managing transactions from instruction through to completion Leading or supporting due diligence processes and deal structuring Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic and commercially focused advice Collaborating with internal specialists across tax, banking, employment, and real estate Supporting business development initiatives and client relationship management (Senior level) Leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers About You Senior Associate 6 years' PQE in corporate law Strong experience in M&A and private equity transactions Proven ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability Why Apply?
