Overview
Work with York Limited are looking to recruit a temporary Engagement and Learner Course Coordinator. This is a part-time role, based in a central York office and at a York secondary school. The role is to cover 2.5 days a week, one day on a Monday and the remaining 1.5 days to cover Tuesday and Wednesday, including one evening.
Pay and Benefits
The rate of pay is £13.86 per hour. Benefits include online weekly timesheets, holiday pay, a workplace pension scheme, monthly meetings, uniform provided and online training given.
Responsibilities
* Responding and processing learner enquiries
* Taking enrolments
* Working with the general public
* Communicating clearly and effectively with customers
* Working on your own initiative, as well as part of a larger team
Qualifications and Requirements
* Be proficient in Excel, spreadsheets and have excellent database skills
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Possess excellent public-facing skills
* Be able to multi-task
* Have a basic Adults DBS on the Update Service or be willing to undertake a new one
* The right to work in the UK
