Role Description
This on-site, London-based role requires a Mortgage and Protection Adviser to provide tailored mortgage and protection services to clients. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, identifying suitable mortgage and protection solutions, and assisting clients throughout the application process. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with clients, comply with industry regulations, and stay updated on market trends. Collaboration with your Business Manager and leveraging company-provided resources, such as marketing and lead generation support, will help expand your business and achieve your targets.
Qualifications
* Experience in providing mortgage and protection advice, with a strong knowledge of industry regulations and products.
* Proficiency in client consultation, needs assessment, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
* Sales and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client trust.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
* CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required; additional qualifications, such as in equity release or commercial lending, are beneficial.
* Technology-savvy with experience in leveraging digital marketing and client relationship tools.
* A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to market trends and client needs.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced and target-driven environment is advantageous.
