About The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Full time Support Worker to join our team in Colchester.

* Assist with personal care, daily household tasks, and maintaining routines
* Encourage involvement in local activities and hobbies
* Foster independence, dignity and empowerment
* Promote a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment
* Be flexible and adaptable to different situations and needs
