We are recruiting for aninternally based Business Development Executive on behalf of aBrackley based company that have 30 bases within the UK and workwith a variety of commercial and residentialcustomers.
On offer issalary of up to 33000 plusbonus and the opportunity for career progressionopportunities within this company as well as within their widergroup companies.
This role is allabout looking to secure business for the company by investigatingopportunities sectors target companies and then developing newrelationships with the aim of securing meetings or inclusion ontenderopportunities.
Thiswillinclude:
* Learningwho the company is what they can offer who their target sectors andcustomers are and then proactively targeting new businessopportunities.
* Workingclosely with the Key AccountTeam.
* Managethe company CRM to ensure all activity isrecorded.
* Researchingand identifying new business opportunities that will include newmarkets growth areas trends customers partnerships or new ways ofreaching existingmarkets.
* Speakingto current and potential customers fostering and developing goodrelationships with all contacts and understanding their needs to beable to formulate a plant of how the company can meetthese.
Requirements
Tobe considered as the Business DevelopmentExecutive you are going toneed:
* Tohave worked in a similar role either in an internal sales businessdevelopment branch sales or external salesrole.
* Understandsolution based sales and be confident in your ability to ask theright questions listen to the answers and develop that initialdialogue andrelationship.
* Havegood influencing and persuasionskills.
* Todemonstrate experience in building maintaining and deliveringgrowth within key and majoraccounts.
* Apositive attitude excellent diary management and time managementskills a good understanding of Excel Word and PowerPoint andselfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part ofateam.

To be considered as the Business Development Executive you aregoing to need: To have worked in a similar role either in aninternal sales, business development, branch sales or externalsales role.
