As a Senior Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms (IP) team, you lead multiple technical areas, directing the activities of multiple groups, and collaborate across technical domains. Your expertise is applied cross-functionally to drive the adoption and implementation of technical methods within various teams and aid the firm in remaining at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and technological advances.

This role is for a senior engineer to help define and drive our engineering working practices and standards for engineering across Infrastructure Platforms (IP), an engineering group with over 5000 engineers delivering software and infrastructure to our partners and customers. Reporting to the Head of Engineering Practices for IP, you'll be key to leading transformation in our engineering function so that we are truly world class in quality and execution.

Job responsibilities
1. Defines and leads multiple technology and process implementations across groups to achieve firmwide technology objectives, working in a matrix model
2. Direct multiple areas with strategic transactional focus, influencing across peers to align and execute
