Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure that all bedrooms, guest areas, storerooms, maid services, and the Housekeeping office are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort. You will be responsible for training Room Attendants and House Porters to maintain the highest standards in rooms and corridors as set by the Hotel.
You will be pivotal to the success of our Housekeeping department, which demands the expertise of exceptional professionals to deliver a memorable experience for our guests. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating impeccable service, authenticity, and genuineness.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have experience in Housekeeping within a luxury environment. Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are preferred, but your passion for the job is what will set you apart.
