Job Description:
How will you make an impact?
To ensure consistency, quality, and elevated implementation of the Visual Merchandising plan across all distribution channels in the UK to maximize sales and support sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate window campaigns and product launches in all retail and wholesale boutiques.
* Ensure guidelines (windows and in-store) are received and understood through regular follow-up with boutiques, franchises, and field teams.
* Work closely with retail and wholesale teams to maintain and monitor brand image by reviewing photos, guidelines, and supporting store queries.
* Conduct regular field visits to ensure guidelines are followed and VM standards are met and exceeded.
* Coach in-store teams on visual guidelines and directives.
* Understand commercial strategies and incorporate them into VM guidelines.
* Monitor VM in boutiques via IWD, photo reports, and visits.
* Support events, pop-ups, and new store openings.
* Develop and deliver VM training to store teams.
VM Operations and Reporting
* Manage POSM stock and inventory in stores.
* Monitor warehouse stock levels.
* Track orders and deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and installation.
* Conduct monthly competitor reviews and benchmark practices.
Budget
* Ensure VM orders stay within budget.
* Handle invoicing, POs, and budget reporting for VM projects.
How will you experience success with us?
* University Degree in Marketing or Visual Merchandising.
* Experience in a similar luxury industry role covering retail and wholesale channels.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills (French or German) are advantageous.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, multitasker, team player.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented, can-do attitude.
