What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead engaging training sessions across a variety of health and social care topics – from safeguarding and manual handling to emergency first aid and medication.
* Design and develop innovative training programs that energise learners and meet regulatory standards.
* Champion continuous improvement by evaluating training effectiveness and refining materials to ensure best practice.
* Support new starters with tailored induction training and keep existing staff sharp with regular refreshers.
* Drive professional growth through initiatives like our Care Professional Learning Academy and in-house leadership development.
* Keep us on track by managing training calendars, records, and compliance with KPIs.
What You’ll Bring
* A Level 3 PTLLS qualification (or higher).
* Proven experience delivering training in the health and social care sector.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Confidence in managing e-learning platforms and navigating compliance.
* A strategic mindset for budget management and unlocking funding opportunities.

Work Environment
* Based primarily in Southend, with travel to other training venues as needed.
