Channel Manager – Off Price

MacGregor Black is currently partnered with a leading global lifestyle brand in the search for a Channel Manager – Off Price, based in London.
As a pivotal member of the European Commercial Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the off-price channel strategy across EMEA. You will take full ownership of channel performance—covering budget delivery, partner management, and new business development—ensuring alignment with brand objectives and delivery across three key commercial metrics: Net Sales, Gross Profit, and Inventory Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the off-price channel strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth across EMEA.
* Manage and develop strong partnerships with key off-price retailers and distributors, ensuring long-term alignment with brand values and positioning.
* Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand market penetration and optimise regional performance.
* Take full accountability for delivering and exceeding sales and profit targets within the off-price channel.
* Build and execute a clear three-year channel roadmap, incorporating distribution strategy, pricing architecture, and market segmentation.
* Analyse seasonal sell-out and sell-in data to guide commercial decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
* Represent the brand at key trade shows, showrooms, and buying meetings, enhancing visibility and strengthening relationships.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, planning, and logistics teams to ensure operational excellence and seamless channel execution.
* Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient stock flow and in-season optimisation to protect margin and brand equity.
* Deliver timely and insightful performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, channel, or account management within the fashion industry.
* Strong knowledge of the luxury off-price business model and established relationships with key retailers and distributors across EMEA.
* Proven track record in channel development, strategic planning, and budget management.
* Excellent communicator and negotiator, skilled at building trust and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
* Commercially analytical, with a strong understanding of retail dynamics, pricing, and inventory management.
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to perform in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus, with a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
