Job Description

6. Assist in the screening of applications and liaise with hiring managers to progress candidates effectively.
7. Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
8. Provide support for onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organisation.
9. Contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function to enhance efficiency.
10. Ensure adherence to public sector policies and standards throughout recruitment activities.
