About the Role:
We are recruiting a compassionate, resilient and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support primary children who face barriers to learning due to social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support with complex needs that are unable to attend school in a mainstream setting
* Support behaviour management and emotional regulation techniques
Assist with personalised learning plans and promote engagement
* Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Who can apply?
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in working with individuals in SEN, youth work, care or mental health
* Be passionate and determined to make a difference in support children’s needs
Requirements:
Teaching Personnel provide guidance and support for obtaining the following:
* Education Workforce (EWC) Registration
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
* References covering two years of employment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
