About Us:

We are a leading pharmaceutical, OTC (over-the-counter), and GSL (general sales list) wholesalers and distributors in the UK. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the industry. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Person to join us.

Job Description:

As an Experienced Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our market presence. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market needs, and competition.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range and industry standards.
* Identify and target new sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical, OTC, and GSL sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
* Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
* Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to the management.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or GSL sectors.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution market in the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid drivers license
