About the job
The Client Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding TP Tutors’ impact across the northern region. You’ll lead on identifying new opportunities, securing new business, and nurturing strong client partnerships, while collaborating closely with colleagues across Delivery, Marketing and Senior Teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the regional sales strategy and meet revenue and growth targets
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy
* Conduct market analysis and create strategic client development plans
* Identify opportunities to enhance products, services and client approaches
* Attend events and represent TP Tutors externally
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify cross‑selling opportunities
* Support framework and referral bid writing
* Provide feedback and insights to managers and SLT to drive continuous improvement
* Role model TP Tutors' values in all internal and external interactions
