The Role Lead a substantial and high-quality audit portfolio across multiple sectors Act as primary relationship lead for key clients across Ireland and US-linked engagements Oversee complex and cross-border audit assignments Drive audit quality, compliance and technical standards Mentor and develop senior managers and audit teams Contribute to strategic growth and business development initiatives You will work closely with a commercially astute, young, dynamic, forward-thinking Partner group invested in long-term succession and leadership development.
