A well-established and busy legal practice in Herne Bay is seeking a confident and experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, close-knit environment and is looking to become a vital part of a collaborative, friendly team.What the role involves:
* Providing 1-2-1 support within the Private Client department
* Audio typing and preparing legal correspondence
* Diary management and appointment scheduling
* Handling client queries with professionalism and care
* File management: opening, closing, photocopying, and filing
* Working alongside a team of four secretaries in a busy department
What they’re looking for:
* Previous legal secretarial experience – preferably within Private Client Law, however other areas will be considered.
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
* A team player who’s also confident working independently
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
The offer:
* Salary between £25,000 and £28,000 (depending on experience)
* Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
